Job summary

Talentmate in Dubai seeks a Resources and Inventory Officer to manage inventory strategy, stock locations, and ERP-based processes. The role focuses on cost control, accuracy, and timely replenishment to support school operations.

You will perform cycle counts, manage procurements, coordinate with vendors, and generate periodic inventory reports to optimize working capital and stock availability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops inventory management strategy to control costs and maximise working capital.
• Accounts for inventory including receipts, returns, re-orders and data entry.
• Conducts cycle counts and yearly physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Procures materials economically while maintaining quality and service.
• Maintains records of shipments and invoices for replenishment planning.
• Uses ERP inventory module to track and manage stock levels.
• Ensures inventory is stored and labeled properly and compliant with policies.
• Provides routine inventory performance reports and recommendations.
