Job summary

Abu Dhabi Aviation Group is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to plan, lead and deliver risk-based assurance engagements across the ADA Group in alignment with the Internal Audit Manual and GIAS standards. The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement of audit processes.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in audit/risk, a CIA certification, and strong analytical and communication skills to support governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CIA is essential.
• CISA and CFE desirable.
• 8–10 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management or Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of IIA GIAS, governance and ICOFR frameworks.
• Experience in risk-based auditing and advisory engagements.
• Experience with QAIP and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of technology, data analytics and emerging risks.
• Experience in aviation or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and deliver risk-based assurance engagements across the ADA Group.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports with observations, root causes, impacts and action plans.
• Monitor remediation and validate closure of audit findings.
• Support QAIP execution and internal quality assessments.
• Manage staff, provide training and evaluate performance.
