Job summary

American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) in the UAE seeks an Institutional Research Analyst to support institutional research, data management, and analytics. The role involves developing dashboards, surveys, and performance indicators to support regulatory and accreditation reporting, while ensuring data accuracy across programs and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; highly desirable in higher education data domains.
• 2-4 years’ experience with data collection, statistical analysis, interpretation and presentation.
• Familiarity with UAE MoHESR/CAA requirements, OBEF and accreditation processes.
• Strong analytical and visualization skills; attention to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory and institutional data reporting for accreditation and ranking needs.
• Develop dashboards, analytics reports, surveys, and performance indicators.
• Coordinate external data reporting and prepare data files for analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy across academic programs and administrative offices.
• Follow up on actions from survey-based improvement plans.
