Maseera is seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our Indirect Sourcing team in the UAE. You will develop category-specific sourcing strategies, negotiate terms with suppliers, and optimize indirect spend across the group.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder influence, and hands-on experience with e-procurement tools. You will work with SAP ARIBA or Oracle R Fusion, manage RFQs, and align procurement processes with multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient

Formación

• 8-10 years of procurement/sourcing experience in FMCG, Retail or Automobile sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA; CIPS preferred.
• Knowledge of e-Procurement, RFx, e-Auctions and ERP systems SAP ARIBA or Oracle R Fusion.
• Strong project management, analytical and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop & deliver sourcing strategies across group companies.
• Negotiate techno-commercial terms with suppliers for multiple categories.
• Conduct spend analysis of indirect spend and drive cost optimization.
• Run RFQ processes and lead negotiations across geographies.
• Interface with cross-functional teams on product/quality issues.
• Establish and execute time and action plans for buying seasons.
