Job summary

M42 Ltd. is seeking a Manager, Indirect Procurement to lead strategic sourcing, category management, negotiations, and supplier performance across indirect spend. This role focuses on value optimization, risk mitigation, and governance while developing UAE national talent.

You will partner with Finance and stakeholders to craft category plans, monitor savings, and drive procurement excellence in a complex, multi-country environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• MBA and/or CIPS certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in procurement, with at least 5 in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with objectives.
• Prepare category plans with Finance and stakeholders.
• Define sourcing methodologies and secure leadership alignment.
• Establish performance targets and monitor savings and value.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RFIs/RFPs/tenders).
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.
• Support contract implementation and governance.
• Identify process automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Delegation of Authority.
• Mentor UAE National talent to strengthen procurement capabilities.
