Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a seasoned Commodity Manager Indirect in the UAE to lead strategic sourcing for indirect spend, spanning MRO, facilities, IT services, and logistics. You will drive supplier negotiations, cost reductions, and contract governance while collaborating with Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and Legal to ensure value and continuity.

Qualifications

5+ years of procurement/commodity-management experience.
Experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing.
Strong negotiation and supplier-management capabilities.
Knowledge of procurement processes, governance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sourcing and commodity strategies for indirect spend.
Manage categories like MRO, facilities, IT services, and logistics.
Lead RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and supplier evaluations.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts; drive cost optimization.
Monitor supplier performance, KPIs, and risk management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business goals.
