Job summary

Tornado Group is seeking a Corporate HSE Manager to lead the Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental management system across construction projects, offices, and facilities in the UAE. The role ensures compliance with UAE legislation, international standards, and client requirements such as ALDAR, MIRAL, MODON, and ADNOC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years of HSE experience, including substantial UAE construction experience.
• Leadership experience with 5+ years in a senior HSE management role.
• Demonstrated experience with ALDAR, MIRAL, MODON, or similar UAE developers.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent; NEBOSH IGC required; ISO 45001/14001 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group-wide HSE strategy, policies, procedures, and annual objectives.
• Provide strategic HSE advice to executive management and project leadership.
• Lead and mentor the Group HSE team and establish competency requirements.
• Oversee compliance with UAE regulations and client HSE requirements (ALDAR, MIRAL, ADNOC, etc.).
• Lead external audits, investigations, and corrective actions; manage incident reporting.
