Dubai Limited Investment LLC is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to implement and monitor health, safety and environmental standards on civil construction sites in the UAE. You will ensure compliance with UAE regulations, client requirements and company policies, promoting a strong safety culture across the workforce and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, RAMS, and job safety analyses; managing permits-to-work; delivering toolbox talks and training;

Formación

• Minimum 3 years as an HSE Officer in civil construction.
• UAE experience mandatory with knowledge of OSHAD, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence.
• Experience with client and authority audits.
• Proactive in promoting safety culture and incident investigation.

Responsabilidades

• Implement HSE plan, policies and procedures on site.
• Conduct daily site inspections and audits; correct unsafe acts.
• Prepare RAMS and job safety analyses; manage permits to work.
• Deliver toolbox talks, training and safety awareness sessions.
• Investigate incidents with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with client, consultant and authorities during audits.
