Job summary

Flyper is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for our Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on developing HR strategies, recruiting, guiding performance management, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a dynamic environment.

You will lead HR initiatives, partner with leadership, and drive onboarding, training, and policy development while maintaining strong stakeholder relations in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred but not required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role; UAE experience preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Recruiting, interviewing, selecting and onboarding new employees.
• Overseeing employee relations, performance management, training and rewards programs.
• Developing policies and procedures for the organization.
• Coordinating with external stakeholders on labour-related matters.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Leading strategic projects as assigned by senior management.
