JobCenter in Abu-Dhabi UAE is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. The position offers a salary of 1600 AED and we are open to considering immigrants for this role.

You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage budgeting and inventory, and ensure cleanliness standards across rooms and public areas, with focus on guest satisfaction and security of items in care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations including staff performance, budgeting, purchasing, scheduling, inventory control, etc.
• Ensure that all hotel rooms and public areas are clean and up to standard.
• Develop systems for ensuring the security of guest items left in the hotel's care.
• Monitor the use of cleaning supplies & equipment; order more when needed.
• Respond timely to guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping servicesRecruit, train, supervise & evaluate housekeeping staff; ensure adherence to quality standards & health & safety regulations
