Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead and oversee the hotel's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, budgeting and forecasting, and compliance with UAE laws.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the General Manager and department heads to drive performance, maintain strong financial controls, and support strategic decision‑making while upholding the brand's standards and hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hotel finance or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations of the hotel.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Review statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow; provide insights to management.
