Job summary

Ontime Healthcare in Dubai is seeking an Operations Executive for our Homecare division to ensure smooth, compliant service delivery and high-quality client care. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, regulatory compliance, and process improvements.

You will build strong relationships with patients, families and healthcare providers, monitor performance metrics, and drive operational excellence in a dynamic homecare environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations management specifically in homecare
• In-depth knowledge of homecare operations and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
• Competency in using Microsoft Office and relevant healthcare software

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Homecare services
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices in service delivery
• Oversee staffing needs including recruitment training and scheduling of homecare professionals
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients families and healthcare providers
• Monitor service delivery metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure continuous service quality
• Stay updated on industry trends and ensure the team adheres to evolving regulations
