The Strategic Healthcare Consultant plays a key role in guiding healthcare organizations toward improved operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance. This position involves conducting in-depth analysis, advising on strategy, and implementing solutions to align healthcare services with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, analytics, and change implementation.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategic plans for healthcare service delivery, efficiency, and growth.
Conduct organizational assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations on healthcare policy, technology adoption, and patient care models.
Collaborate with executive teams to align healthcare strategies with business objectives.
Analyze market trends, patient data, and regulatory changes to inform decisions.
Lead implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
Prepare and present reports on healthcare trends, KPIs, and outcomes.

Requirements:
Master s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
