Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in business, finance, engineering or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Professional certifications in strategic management, project management, business continuity, change management or Lean Six Sigma advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years in corporate strategy, planning, transformation, finance or related fields; aerospace/defense experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and refresh of AMMROC’s corporate strategy and five-year business plan/LRP.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable objectives, initiatives and performance targets.
• Monitor performance against the plan and KPIs; analyze variances and drive actions.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and drive productivity, cost efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
• Prepare business cases and assess opportunities based on strategic fit, market potential and returns.
• Coordinate BCMS implementation, maintenance, risk assessments and continuity exercises.
• Prepare executive materials, dashboards and decision papers for management and shareholders.
• Lead and develop Corporate Strategy personnel and manage cross-functional teams.
