Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Finance, Economics, Engineering or Strategic Management from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Business Admin, Finance, Strategy or related disciplines are advantageous.
• Certifications in Strategic Management, Project Management, BCMS, Business Analysis or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and refresh of AMMROC’s corporate strategy and five-year plan.
• Consolidate and analyze strategic, financial, operational inputs from relevant functions.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable initiatives, KPIs and targets.
• Track performance against the Business Plan and KPIs, and prepare analysis of variances, risks and trends.
• Prepare strategic presentations and management dashboards.
