Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client priorities.
- Identify opportunities within existing and target accounts and manage the BD pipeline.
- Lead strategic pursuits, bids, proposals, and tender submissions with cross-functional teams.
- Develop win themes and value propositions aligned to client needs.
- Coordinate internal resources to progress opportunities through the BD lifecycle.
- Support client engagement activities and strategic planning workshops.
- Gather market intelligence and provide actionable insights for growth planning.
