Job summary

Talabat, part of Delivery Hero, seeks a Manager in the CEO Office to drive strategic planning, governance, and executive reporting. You will deliver financial analysis, lead high-visibility projects, and partner with the CFO/CEO to shape growth initiatives across regions.

The role requires a strong background in strategy/ops, excellent stakeholder management, and fluency with AI tools to accelerate decision-making. Based in Dubai, UAE, with a high-impact mandate.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, strategy, or strategy/ops in a fast-paced consumer tech/e-commerce/marketplace business.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Innovation, or related field; Master's is a plus.
• Sharp analytical and financial-modelling skills; able to build a business case from a blank page and defend numbers to senior leadership.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for new strategies, technologies, and processes to drive growth.
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
• Executive presence; able to represent the CEO Office in front of country GMs and Delivery Hero group stakeholders.
• Self-starter; able to manage through ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end.
• Genuine fluency with modern AI/GenAI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, agentic workflows).

Responsibilities

• Own strategic roadmap and goal-setting cycles across functions and markets.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly performance reviews with markets and Delivery Hero; ensure accurate reporting.
• Shape strategic plans and initiatives with talabat's c-suite and leadership.
• Build business cases, financial models, and presentations to support decisions.
• Turn data into insights for executive, board and investor conversations.
• Develop materials for earnings calls, board meetings, annual reports, and investor presentations.
• Lead CEO-sponsored and cross-functional projects end to end to drive strategic change.
• Identify trends, opportunities and threats via competitive intelligence and market analysis.
