Job summary

Talabat is seeking a Manager in the CEO Office to help shape strategic plans, governance, and initiatives across markets. You will partner with the CFO, CEO, and leadership to drive growth, optimize operations, and report on progress.

The role requires strong analytical and financial modelling skills, executive presence, and the ability to collaborate with senior leaders while leading high-visibility projects sponsored by the CEO.

Qualifications

• This role requires 6+ years in top-tier consulting, investment banking, strategy, or strategy/ops in fast-growing ventures.
• Strong analytical and financial-modelling skills, and ability to defend numbers to senior leadership.
• Experience reporting to C-suite and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap and governance, including ambition-setting and resource planning.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly performance reviews with markets, functions, and partners.
• Develop business cases and financial models for strategic initiatives and investments.
• Lead CEO-sponsored projects and drive cross-functional execution end-to-end.
