Job summary

The Arab Lens is seeking a Corporate Strategy Director to shape the company’s long-term direction, identify strategic growth opportunities, and support executive leadership in achieving sustainable business success.

Reporting to executive leadership, the role will oversee corporate planning, market expansion strategies, investment analysis and enterprise performance initiatives while ensuring strategic alignment across the organization. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field.
• MBA is highly desirable.
• 15 years of strategic leadership experience.
• Background in strategy consulting or corporate strategy is preferred.
• Strong commercial, financial and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• GCC experience is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy development and oversee long-term growth planning.
• Develop growth, diversification plans and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Lead corporate planning and performance management and monitor execution of priorities.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and the Board.
• Support mergers, acquisitions and corporate development initiatives.
• Build and mentor strategy teams and align business units with corporate objectives.
