Job summary

AD Ports Group is seeking a Manager of Strategy to drive the strategic agenda for its Maritime & Shipping Cluster. The role reports to the Director of Strategy and covers strategy development, performance management, and execution of strategic projects including mergers and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate has an advanced degree and deep experience in strategic roles within maritime or management consulting, with strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field and relevant professional certifications or deep experience in a strategy-related role.
• Experience in strategic roles within Maritime industry or management consulting, including Integration and Transformation Offices and M&A.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complex strategic plans for the Maritime cluster.
• Support performance management and execution of strategic projects, including M&A.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and driving results.
• Communicate strategic concepts clearly to senior leadership and teams.
