Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven expertise in IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, FP&A, treasury, and audit compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies across multiple entities and oversee budgeting/forecasting.
• Direct accounting functions, financial reporting, intercompany transactions, cash flow, and group consolidation.
• Lead ERP improvements, provide executive financial advisory, and ensure robust internal controls and risk management.
