Job Description:

• Develop and execute financial strategies across multiple business entities, overseeing annual budgets, financial forecasting, profitability analysis, capital allocation, investment feasibility, and executive-level financial advisory to support sustainable business growth.
• Direct all accounting functions, financial reporting, group consolidation, intercompany transactions, cash flow management, working capital, banking facilities, and funding requirements while ensuring accurate financial statements and effective liquidity management.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team; establish robust internal controls, financial policies, approval workflows, and risk management frameworks while ensuring compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and statutory audit requirements.
• Lead financial systems improvements by collaborating with internal software developers to design, integrate, and automate ERP accounting workflows, financial reporting, reconciliations, and management dashboards while improving operational efficiency and financial transparency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory), with a recognized professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, or CA strongly preferred; advanced financial management, corporate finance, or IFRS training is advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 5 years in finance leadership, with proven responsibility for managing accounting teams, multi-entity financial operations, group reporting, financial planning, and strategic financial decision-making.
• Strong expertise in IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, FP&A, treasury, financial modelling, budgeting, financial risk management, internal controls, and audit compliance, with demonstrated ability to advise senior management on profitability, liquidity, funding, and business performance.
• Proven hands-on ERP implementation or optimization experience (Odoo preferred), including financial workflow automation, system integration, and reporting improvements; advanced Excel and financial analytics skills, combined with strong English communication, commercial judgment, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Experience in travel/tourism, hospitality, or multi-entity service businesses is advantageous.
