Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a Senior Advisor/Director – Government Stakeholder Relations (Emirati) based in Sharjah to support the CEO Office in building and strengthening strategic relationships across the country. You will engage with government entities, industry bodies, and key partners, representing the CEO Office in external forums and engagements.

Qualifications

Senior-level experience in stakeholder relations, government affairs, corporate affairs, partnerships, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the business and government environment.
Excellent communication, relationship-management, and representation skills.
Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
Fluency in English; Arabic capability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support strategic engagement with government entities, industry bodies, and priority partners.
Represent the CEO Office in meetings, forums, and stakeholder engagements where appropriate.
Build trusted relationships with senior external stakeholders and maintain effective communication channels.
Coordinate stakeholder priorities, briefings, and follow-up actions on behalf of the CEO Office.
Identify opportunities to strengthen the company's institutional relationships and external profile in the market.
