Job summary

Vibes Events, Abu Dhabi-based, seeks an Executive for Government & Strategic Relationships to build a qualified pipeline through market intelligence, tender monitoring, and BD support. You will stay close to clients and the events market via visits and reporting.

Requirements include a degree in business-related fields and 3–6 years in research or coordination, with strong Excel/reporting skills and fluency in English; Arabic is a bonus. Some travel to Dubai/Emirates is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in research, business development support, or a related coordination role.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Research new projects and opportunities across the UAE government sector and monitor market developments.
• Maintain an up-to-date calendar of events, exhibitions, conferences, and festivals with client connections.
• Review quotations and projects, flag opportunities needing GSR support, and inform the Commercial Projects Team.
