Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5-7 years in sourcing/procurement or supply chain.
• 3-5 years sourcing machinery from China and international markets.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese supplier ecosystem.
• Experience in heavy machinery or industrial equipment desirable.
• Experience in amusement ride/outdoor entertainment industry is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor management.
• Understanding of international logistics, import processes, and customs.
• Excellent English; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Chinese business culture and negotiation practices.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.

• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, technologies, and sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, quality, and commercial terms.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to international sourcing, logistics, quality, and supply disruptions.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, sourcing documentation, contracts, and performance reports.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on sourcing activities, supplier performance, costs, and savings.

• Minimum 3 5 years of hands‑on experience sourcing machinery, equipment, or structural components from China and other international markets.
• Strong knowledge of the Chinese supplier and manufacturing ecosystem.
• Experience in sourcing heavy machinery, industrial equipment, or structural components is highly desirable.
• Experience in the amusement ride/outdoor entertainment industry will be a strong advantage.
• Strong supplier negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of international logistics, import processes, and customs procedures.
• Strong knowledge of supplier quality and compliance requirements.
• Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Good understanding of Chinese business culture and negotiation practices.
