Job summary

American Hospital Dubai is seeking a strategic Recruitment Leader to oversee the full lifecycle of hiring, including international and Western expatriate recruitment for Dubai-based roles. You will partner with department heads to forecast staffing, design competency-based assessments, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

The role requires extensive healthcare recruitment experience, knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and leadership of a recruiting team to meet high-volume timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in HR, business, or healthcare leadership.
• Certification in Recruitment, Talent Management, or Healthcare HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHHR).

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Forecast staffing needs and manage international recruitment initiatives.
• Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, and competency-based assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, provide evaluation summaries, and participate in selection committees.
• Manage pre-employment processing, offers, and onboarding with the HR Director.
• Supervise recruitment staff and maintain weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
• Organize recruitment campaigns, fairs, and employer-branding activities.
