American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst – Budgeting & Reporting to join its Office of Finance in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role supports budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, and enhances data-driven decision making across university operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and professional qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CMA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA are desired.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely availability of financial information for management and decision-making.
• Support ERP-enabled finance processes including Oracle and Banner.
• Contribute to process improvements, system controls and standardization of Finance processes within ERP.
