Job summary

Salt is seeking a Finance Business Partner Manager to collaborate with a core business division, delivering strategic financial support to enhance commercial performance, guide investments, and aid long-term planning. You will advise leadership with data, insights, and strategy to influence outcomes across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in Power BI/Tableau to drive robust financial models and insightful reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or business partnering.
• Ability to build financial models and analyze complex data.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance contact for your division, providing insights into performance and forecasts.
• Build and present management reports for monthly business reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Drive and manage the budgeting process, consolidate inputs, analyze variances.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess plans, investments, and initiatives.
• Support rolling forecasts and multi-year planning cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational and financial goals.
• Contribute to system upgrades and automation to improve data quality and reporting.
• Provide analytical support for business cases and leadership narratives.
