Qualifications

• 4+ years in finance or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years identifying root causes and creating escalation plans.
• 5+ years delivering financial models with measurable impact.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• MBA or CPA credential.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior leadership to evaluate financial impact of decisions.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to become SMEs on systems and outcomes.
• Standardize and streamline reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop improvement plans with new measures.
• Maximize long term free cash flow of investments.
• Own end-to-end P/L management and build projections for growth models.
