Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for large-scale transformation programs. You will drive analytics, establish KPIs/KRIs, and guide decision-making with stakeholders across the organization.

The role requires strong English communication, robust IFRS knowledge, and the ability to manage resources and risk in a dynamic environment. A master’s or professional certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial management with a managerial role, preferably in large-scale transformation programs or similar initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards
• Excellent English written and verbal communication, especially with non-financial stakeholders
• Effective negotiation skills for financial aspects of vendor contracts
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced transformation environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial plans aligned with programme goals.
• Conduct financial forecasts and analyses to support decision-making.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports and management packs.
• Collaborate with auditors to facilitate audits as required.
• Allocate resources efficiently and monitor expenditures within budget.
• Provide financial training and awareness sessions to team members.
• Monitor and manage programme cash flows; ensure timely payments and reconciliations.
• Maintain controls to address discrepancies and reconcile statements with partners.
