Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial and operational reporting cycles, analyze variances, and prepare materials for financial reviews and Board meetings. You will partner with leaders to develop forecasts, annual plans, and long-term projections while ensuring compliance and driving finance workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate accounting with analytical demands.
• Advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial and operational reporting cycles.
• Analyze variances to budgets and forecasts with P&L owners.
• Prepare reports for monthly/quarterly reviews and Board meetings.
• Develop financial forecasts, annual plans, and long-term projections.
• Conduct financial modeling for acquisitions, pricing, partnerships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support RFIs/RFPs when needed.
• Drive workflow enhancements and automate Finance processes.
• Communicate insights across all levels, including C-suite.
