The role involves guiding business decisions with data-driven insights and leading a finance team to deliver accurate, timely reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis, with experience in budgeting, audits, and cash flow management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software such as Zoho and QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Develop and manage budgeting processes and forecasts.
