Job summary

Saal.ai in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior Finance leader to drive planning, reporting, control and compliance across the group’s technology entities. You will ensure timely, accurate financial information, strong governance and ERP-driven automation while supporting management with insights for decision making.

You will lead multi-entity consolidation, tax and treasury activities, and partner with business leaders on pricing, profitability and investment evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent), including reporting, controls and process improvement, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and multi-year planning across entities.
• Develop financial models and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Oversee month-end close, intercompany accounting and IFRS compliance.
• Coordinate tax, treasury, cash flow and working capital management.
• Partner with leaders on pricing, profitability and investments; present recommendations.
