Job summary

Allianz Partners seeks a senior Controller of Operations to lead financial planning, budgeting, controls, and analysis across Health and Life LOB globally. Responsibilities

• Financial Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans aligned with organizational targets and budgets.
• Financial Controls: Establish and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with policies.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analyses and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Performance Monitoring: Oversee monitoring of financial performance against budgets, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and regulatory bodies.
• Financial Forecasting: Develop financial forecasts and projections to aid proactive decision-making and resource allocation.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Operations and non-Operations departments to align financial strategies.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to reduce them.
• Process Excellence: Drive continuous process improvements in financial procedures and systems to increase efficiency.
• Strategic planning: Align financial strategies with organizational objectives.
• Stakeholder communication: Communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate external audits to ensure compliance.
