Flip retail in the UAE is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to work closely with the Financial Planning Analyst Supervisor, delivering robust business evaluation to drive efficiency and ensure decisions are grounded in solid economic analysis.

You will assess brand performance against targets, identify risks and opportunities, support budgets and forecasts, and prepare management and board-ready reports for leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess performance of all the brands against targets, present the evaluation to the functional stakeholders with informative referral to boost business
• Recognize threats & opportunities in brand name/ stores and also prepare activity strategy
• Carry out service benchmarking & analysis exercise, contrasting different brands/ organization, historical fads, and also price evolution
• Be an essential part of all the functional stakeholders satisfying consisting of trade conferences, monthly closing meetings, administration conference and so on
• Assist Financial Planning and also Analysis Manager in Adhoc evaluations & all the leadership write (Administration reports. Chief executive officer records, BOD records and so on)
• Assist in economic preparation and also evaluation support of critical preparation activities as needed, annual budgets/forecasts as well as strategic plan/board updates/presentations
• Help the Financial Planning as well as Analysis Manager in preparing, collating, and upgrading core organization motorists
• Assist the Financial Preparation and also Evaluation Manager in constructing non-routine records and details called for by the administration
• Contribute and sustain business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability approach
• Develop relationship as well as specialist relationship with all interior stakeholders providing relevant and also crucial support with monetary evaluation
• Assistance all internal departments in financing associated inquiries offering appropriate information and also info when called for.
