Qualifications

• UAE National.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• Engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficiency in IT tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive channel performance with distributors and stakeholders using defined metrics.
• Ensure distribution contract obligations are implemented and addressed.
• Recommend improvements to the distribution network to optimize capital use.
• Monitor market trends on distribution services and activities.
• Resolve downstream distribution challenges with pharmacies and hospitals.
• Build Strategic Account Plans with distributors for key private-market accounts.
• Address customer complaints with distributors and GSK stakeholders.
• Maintain inventory data on stock levels and shelf life.
• Analyze in-market sales data to inform growth strategies.
