Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in built environment; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Proven expertise managing design/construction projects in the UAE/Middle East.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and approvals.
• Analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage budgets, resources and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage design phase activities from project initiation through pre-contract completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for design phases.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Conduct design reviews and QA checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and provide status reports to senior management.
• Manage design consultant contracts, scope of work and deliverables.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including design specs, meeting minutes and compliance records.
