AirQ is seeking an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to balance customer demand, production capacity, inventory, and supplier capabilities to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

The role encompasses demand planning, material and production planning, procurement coordination, and inventory management, with emphasis on data-driven forecasting, ERP/MRP optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical skills and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in relevant field
• 3–7 years of experience in demand/ supply planning in manufacturing
• Familiarity with lean/JIT principles is a plus

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain demand forecast using historical data, inputs and events
• Translate forecast into time-phased supply requirements
• Prepare material and supply plans based on production schedule and BOM
• Monitor inventory, lead times, shortages and recovery plans
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement and Logistics to align plans
• Review Min/Max, Safety Stock, Reorder Points and PO cycles
• Support ERP/MRP processes and continuous improvement
• Provide regular reports on demand, supply and inventory performance
• Escalate risks and propose corrective actions
