Job summary

Amazon Now in Dubai is seeking a Business Analyst UAE National to join the MENA Stores team. You will work with data to build solutions, diagnose gaps, and implement fixes, partnering with product, program management, in-stock and fulfillment teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience with SQL and Excel, plus experience with data visualization tools. This role may require occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with SQL and Excel.
• Strong data visualization skills preferred.
• Experience with ETL processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational dashboards to track key customer engagement metrics, supply chain and instock metrics across the network.
• Drive data analytics to surface insights, identify trends and support decision-making across the team.
• Streamline metrics visibility for internal stakeholders — making the right data accessible at the right time.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional working groups.
• Collaborate with supply chain, fulfillment and planning teams to improve operational performance.
• Take ownership of operational challenges, analyse data end-to-end and implement corrective actions.
• Source store-level pricing and promotions and execute using internal tools.
• The role may require occasional weekend coverage but will not exceed a 5-day work week.
