Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai seeks a Manager - Data Analytics to lead the end-to-end analytics agenda for a key business domain, partnering with senior stakeholders to prioritize needs and deliver actionable insights that drive measurable business impact.

You will own analytics standards and governance, mentor the team, and translate business challenges into a prioritized portfolio of use cases with clear value targets, while ensuring adoption and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 6–9 years of analytics experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills.
• Exposure to retail, FMCG, e-commerce, pricing, inventory analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics agenda for a business domain with senior stakeholders.
• Translate challenges into a prioritized portfolio of analytics use cases with value targets.
• Lead analytics projects from scoping to delivery with high-quality insights.
• Drive adoption and measure outcomes by embedding analytics into decision-making.
• Develop insights via advanced analysis, data storytelling, and performance reporting.
• Establish analytics standards, governance, data quality, privacy, and responsible AI.
• Build scalable analytics capabilities with reusable assets and innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the analytics team.
