Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Manager - Data Analytics to own the end-to-end analytics agenda for a key business domain. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate challenges into measurable analytics initiatives and drive adoption of data-driven decisions across functions.

You will lead analytics projects from scoping to delivery, ensure governance and data quality, and mentor a high-performance team. Strong storytelling and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 6-9 years of analytics experience and 2+ years of team leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior partner collaboration.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, customer analytics, pricing, inventory.
• Experience leading analytics strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end analytics agenda for a business domain, partnering with senior stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with business strategy and priorities.
• Translate business challenges into a prioritized portfolio of analytics use cases with clear objectives, success measures, and value targets.
• Lead analytics projects from scoping to implementation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights and recommendations.
• Drive adoption and business impact by embedding analytics solutions into decision-making processes and tracking realized outcomes.
• Develop actionable insights through advanced analysis, data storytelling, and performance reporting for operational and executive stakeholders.
• Establish and uphold analytics standards, governance, data quality controls, and compliance with data privacy and responsible AI requirements.
• Build scalable analytics capabilities through reusable assets, innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous process improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the analytics team, fostering a high-performance culture while supporting talent growth and organizational objectives.
