Job summary

Foreground LLC, a regulated financial institution, seeks a Chief Risk Officer to lead credit, market, operational and enterprise risk management. You will shape risk policies, governance, and regulatory reporting while balancing growth with prudent risk taking.

You will advise the board and senior leadership on risk exposure and mitigation, manage regulatory relationships and internal risk teams, and maintain strong independence and governance credibility.

Qualifications

• Senior risk leadership experience within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk governance.
• Experience in the UAE market preferred.
• Judgement, independence and executive presence required.
