Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking a Cost Control Engineer to support project cost planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring. You will prepare cost plans, perform technical and commercial reviews of tenders, and ensure expenditures stay within budget.

Collaboration with project teams and external clients is essential to deliver projects on time and within cost targets. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in SAP, Primavera, and MS Project.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control.
Knowledge in MS Project, Primavera Scheduling and SAP software’s is highly advantageous.
Software: Microsoft Office, Auctocad, SAP software’s, Primavera.

Responsibilities

Support the Development Cost Planning Business Plan and implement cost planning processes on all projects.
Prepare detailed project cost plans, present recommendations and benchmark at reviews for sign-off.
Control project total expenditure, verify invoices and claims from suppliers and subcontractors.
Provide planning and cost controlling support including variation reporting and milestone monitoring.
Attend project meetings with PMT and external clients and report monthly expenditures.
