Job summary

Mashreq Corporate & Investment Banking Group seeks a senior relationship and credit professional to manage and deepen complex corporate portfolios across the Bank’s product suite. You will originate new business, coordinate with product teams, and ensure compliant execution of transactions.

Qualifications

• Conduct regular and timely reviews of client relationships and portfolio exposures to maximize risk-adjusted returns.
• Develop and execute tailored Relationship Strategies and Account Plans for each client group.
• Cross-sell and wallet-share enhancement initiatives to achieve KPIs.
• Maintain strong partnerships with Treasury, Operations, Risk Management, and Support Functions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and timely portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with risk appetite and credit policies.
• Develop Relationship Strategies and Account Plans to deepen client engagement and cross-sell across product suites.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead proactive relationship management to ensure timely delivery of Bank products and services and high client satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong business pipeline by originating new-to-bank opportunities and expanding market share.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance across transactions, documentation and risk governance.
