Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks a Lead, Corporate Communications in Abu Dhabi to translate business priorities into integrated communications and support day-to-day activities across external and internal channels. The role coordinates campaigns from briefing through evaluation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, media, marketing, English or related discipline.
6 to 8 years of relevant communications experience in corporate/financial services or agency environments.
Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders and integrated communications campaigns.

Responsibilities

Integrated communications planning and delivery across external, customer, internal, marketing and digital channels.
Coordinate briefs, content development, approvals, delivery and post-campaign evaluation.
Monitor agency performance against objectives and KPIs; identify opportunities for improvements.
Develop and deliver communications advice and recommendations to business leaders.
Manage day-to-day coordination with external agency under VP guidance.
