Nord Line Holding in the UAE seeks a hands-on Chief Operating Officer to bridge strategy and daily operations across its multi-brand restaurant portfolio. Reporting to the Group CEO, the COO will own day-to-day performance and ensure premium standards are met across all locations.

We are a dynamic, privately-owned UAE-based F&B Holding Group managing multiple distinct restaurant brands. We are looking for an execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to bridge strategy and daily operations.
Reporting to the Group CEO, the COO will take full ownership of the day-to-day operational performance across all subsidiaries, ensuring that every brand operates efficiently, consistently, and in strict alignment with our group's premium standards.
The COO will oversee and optimize daily operations across all F&B brands and locations, developing, implementing, and enforcing standardized operational policies, SOPs, and quality controls across all subsidiaries. The role requires monitoring and driving core KPIs for each brand - including revenue, food cost, labor cost, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics - while leading cross-functional coordination between HR, Finance, Marketing, and individual brand managers. The COO will drive aggressive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality, manage complex expansion projects including the successful rollout of new branch openings, and conduct regular, rigorous site visits and operational reviews across all locations.
The successful candidate will have a 15 years of upper-management experience in multi-brand, multi-location F&B or hospitality operations across the UAE, holding a Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management (MBA). Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills are essential, along with native fluency in Arabic and an excellent command of English.
