Job summary

Citigroup in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Compliance Risk Analyst (UAE Nationals ONLY) to support Independent Compliance Risk Management. You’ll assist in the design, delivery and maintenance of compliance programs, policies and practices, coordinate regulatory change, and prepare reports for control and analysis, while partnering with Citi teams to meet business needs.

The role requires strong communication, project management and MS Office proficiency, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels.
• Project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies.
• Bachelor’s degree; experience in a financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof; Advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting senior staff in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of compliant programs, policies and practices.
• Participating in the review of materials to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Assisting in the management of regulatory inventories, changes and exam coordination/logistics.
• Collaborating with other ICRM areas and Citi as needed.
• Coordinating and tracking policy, training, and other initiatives.
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of reports for control, tracking and analysis purposes.
