Job summary

You will manage senior stakeholders, align quarterly objectives, and deliver client value through digital marketing expertise and cross‑functional collaboration.

This role requires a track record of enterprise selling, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising experience.
• Experience leading relationships with clients and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.
• Ensure best-in-class sales and operational customer service.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction and services.
• Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
• Educate clients on Snapchat products and best practices.
• Own the strategic approach for each account to grow relationships.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Communicate with clients to mirror Snapchat success per Playbook and Planning Principals.
• Maintain strong health of client relationships and seek internal support when needed.
• Present confidently to clients to advance long-term business value.
