Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in budgeting and financial planning, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in financial regulations, budgeting software, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in education or public sector finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of KHDA’s annual budgeting framework aligned with strategic priorities.
• Oversee resource allocation to support KHDA’s operational and strategic initiatives across all educational sectors.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Monitor and report on budget performance, addressing variances to maintain financial health.
• Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments to support budget planning.
• Provide financial insights and guidance for senior management decision-making on key projects.
• Manage the preparation of financial projections to guide resource allocation.
