KMPG - Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Controller (Education) to oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and compliance for an educational institution. You will lead a team, ensure financial integrity, and drive strategic financial decisions.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel. Collaboration with department heads and board-level reporting will be essential, with on-site responsibilities in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• MBA/CPA/CA/ACCA preferred for advanced roles.
• Demonstrated leadership in financial management within education.

Responsabilités

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis aligned with institutional strategy.
• Oversee budgeting across departments and programs.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity; coordinate with treasury partners.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and regulatory compliance.
• Present concise financial reports to the board and stakeholders.
